What is your job position?
Curator of Embodied Liberation - exploring the application of somatic and healing practices for collective transformation.
SEP and SE Basic Principles Teacher, Somatic Bodyworker, Biodynamic Craniosacral Practitioner, Constellations Facilitator, Ecstatic Dance DJ
The location of your practice?
Part-time in Portland, Maine, online sessions with folks globally, on the road internationally giving workshops and assisting SE trainings
What drew you to SE?
My desire to understand how overwhelm gets stuck in the body, how to work with that, and then how to apply that to healing collective trauma.
What is the demographic you love to work with?
All sorts! These days I love working with practitioners who are looking to deepen their intuitive and resonance skills. I also love working with community-based leaders who are wanting somatic support and guidance personally and collectively. Because I am trans, queer and adopted, I love working with those population groups too.
What is your favorite SE phrase or something that has always stuck with you?
Recently I've been teaching my clients about energy wells and what it looks and feels like to thoughtfully rock the autonomic capacity into a wider well - and that we know we got there because new choices emerge in their experience. How wonderful it is as a SEP bodyworker to gently walk with folks through tolerating constriction and expansion, certainty and uncertainty, renegotiation and evolution.
Are you available for consultations?
Yes! All levels, individual personal and case consultations.
